Job Details Job Location: Mountain Creek - Vernon, NJ 07462 Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 Hourly SNOW Partners Mission Statement: “To Enhance the Lives of our Team, Guests and Partners by Building Lasting Connections.” About Mountain Creek: Mountain Creek, a four-season resort, offering skiing/snowboarding, bike park, waterpark, weddings, mountain coaster, restaurants and lodge. How the Zip Tour Ambassador works with the Team Zip Tour Ambassadors are primarily responsible for greeting and accompanying guests for the duration of their tours. They ensure the safety of guests during the zipline tours and are responsible for answering guest inquiries, checking in guests, and ensuring an unforgettable experience. Team Member Responsibilities Complete opening/closing procedures Greet and interact with guests for duration of tour Respond to guest inquiries Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort operations May be required to perform first aid at a level of documented training and respond appropriately in unusual situations such as weather‑related events, mechanical failures, or injury to staff/guests Assist Adventure Supervisor with maintenance and SOPs of zipline equipment Accompany guests on zipline tour Train guests on proper use of zipline equipment and safe zipline practices/techniques Maintain the cleanliness of the zip tours areas as well as the resort in general Team Member Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to perform work at varying heights Must have full range of overhead arm motions Must be able to perform all technical rescues associated with zipline tours Professional demeanor Proven ability to deal effectively with guests Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be willing to speak in front of large groups of people Will require walking/standing for long periods of time Successful completion of on the job training #J-18808-Ljbffr SNOW PARTNERS LLC
