Project Superintendent

We are currently working with a reputable General Contractor that is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial interiors projects across the market. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Workplace Renovations Retail & Hospitality Interiors Healthcare & Commercial Buildouts Oversee daily field operations from project kickoff through closeout Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site coordination activities Maintain project safety standards and enforce jobsite compliance Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material logistics Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and ownership teams Drive project schedules and proactively identify/resolution field issues Ensure quality control and successful project execution Lead punch list and final closeout activities Qualifications 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction Strong background managing interiors / tenant improvement projects Ability to manage fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficient with construction scheduling and field coordination This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong pipeline of interiors work, collaborative culture, and long-term growth opportunities.
