We are searching for local, highly gifted, experienced, and dedicated Reservationist for our Sports & Entertainment division whose performance is exemplary and their standards for service exceeds everyday expectations!

Pay : $25 / hour
Schedule: This is a fulltime position, with a schedule of five days per week (Weekends Required. Off days are scheduled during the weekdays) .

Responsibilities Provides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future Sports & Entertainment, Security & Protection guests. Required Skills

• 3-5 Years experience as a guest support specialist.
• Ability to work individually or within a team environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License (as mandated by state and location)
• Proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
• Excellent problem resolution
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

*Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols

PAY RANGES: Pay ranges may vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
