This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a union workforce to keep operations running smoothly and consistently. Responsibilities include: Lead, coach, and support operators in a union (collective bargaining) environment Oversee daily productionassign work, manage schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and output goals are met Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the team, focusing on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction. You bring strong manufacturing leadership experience, including experience in a coating and converting environment preferred, and the ability to lead effectively within a union workplace environment. Key to your success is that you have experience working within an ERP system (we use Infor CSI) with a strong focus on production scheduling and coordination. You are comfortable being on the floor, communicating clearly, and building trust through consistency and respect. In this role, you'll help create a steady, well-run environment where people know what's expected, feel supported, and can do their best work every day. This position supports the 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM shift. Compensation includes a salary range of $65,000$85,000 (based on experience and qualifications), participation in an incentive bonus program, and a competitive benefits package.
