Salary: $37,440 - 37,440 per year Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with clear written communication and comfort speaking naturally in everyday conversations
• Pursuing or holding a bachelors degree or higher is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and patience when reviewing audio and visual content
• Able to think quickly and discuss realistic situations naturally
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews
• Able to make a clear choice when both options have flaws
• Access to a computer, reliable internet connection, and headphones
• A quiet space for projects involving live conversations
• Ratings and written explanations must be your own work; AI tools cannot be used to write them
• Willingness to complete a short screening and onboarding, which may include a brief spoken English check

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate their naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and assess how well they follow the prompts
• Review outputs closely, including replaying or zooming in, to identify issues such as distorted anatomy, flickering, unnatural motion, text errors, or mismatched audio
• Rate outputs for prompt adherence, quality, and realism, and write specific English explanations supported by what you observed or heard
