Experienced Civil Litigation Secretary
Long-standing, stable, mid-size, Civil Litigation Law Firm, practicing in various areas of law, is in need of an Experienced Civil Litigation Secretary to join the firm and be a Litigation Secretary to one of the named Partners.

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Civil Litigation Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure E-filing Experience Paralegal certification is a plus
Duties:
Drafting and proofreading pleadings, discovery, correspondence, etc. Organizing and maintaining both paper and electronic files Working with clients and opposing counsel Calendaring and scheduling E-filing in both State and Federal Courts Entering Attorney's billable hours General Administrative duties
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday "in office". We are centrally located in Las Vegas, provide excellent benefits with 100% employer paid health insurance and a paid Life Insurance policy. Vision and Dental we pay 50%.
