Job Opportunity
HealthDrive is currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to work Part-Time or Full Time (2-5 days per week) in nursing facilities across Greater Boston, MA area (work available in Dorchester, Chelsea, Mattapan, and West Roxbury) .
*OPPORTUNITY FOR $100k+ PER YEAR AT FULL TIME (5 DAYS/WEEK) (PAY PRORATED BASED ON SCHEDULE)*

Responsibilities
The Therapist will provide behavioral health services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
Essential Functions:
- Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Develop behavior plans for residents
- Recommend behavioral/therapeutic interventions to nursing home staff
- Enters patient information and required clinical documentation in EMR system
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- State professional LICSW license
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently on a daily basis
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to use email, the internet, and to learn other healthcare related software
