Potomac Falls Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to oversee the daily clinical operations of a nursing unit while ensuring exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.Position SummaryThe RN Unit Manager is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating resident care, maintaining clinical documentation, and promoting a positive environment for residents, families, and team members.
