We are looking for an energetic person to join or team. Your days will consist mostly of cleaning, doing laundry, talking to customers, and assisting customers with machines and questions . We are currently hiring for wednesday-friday and sunday night 3-11 with the opportunity to take covers and more shifts in the future.

MegaWash Laundromat in Sparks, NV is looking for one laundry cleaning attendant to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 1040 El Rancho Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Employees are responsible for a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation for all machines and the store. You will also be performing washing, drying, folding for drop-off customers. Assist customers using both smart phone and coin operated washers and dryers when doing self-service laundry. Good customer service skills with a positive, friendly attitude required. Good interpersonal skills and phone etiquette. Must be computer literate and be able to demonstrate the ability to use Apple iPhone and Google Android Apps, Be comfortable at using iPad and Smart Phone apps. Proficient at handling online orders, calling customers to confirm details, interfacing with delivery drivers and remote customers.

Bottom line: You should enjoy doing laundry and keeping a place “neat as a pin.” You must be able to process 150lbs of laundry in an 8 hour shift.

• Laundry Attendant will be responsible for opening and closing procedures and heavy, extensive cleaning of the Laundromat. This position has shifts which may include day and evening. Must be able to work evening/night shift and weekends. A set schedule will be determined at time of employment. Applicant must be a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised after initial training. Able to lift 25 lbs. all day long.

Qualifications
