Warehouse Associate I

Warehouse Associate Pay: $22.00/hour Location: Mount Prospect, IL Job Description We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a very physical, hands-on role focused on warehouse operations, packaging assembly, cleaning and refurbishment of reusable packaging, inventory tracking, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Clean, inspect, and refurbish reusable packaging materials. Assemble and disassemble packaging according to operational requirements. Download and review temperature monitoring data. Replenish dry ice shipments as needed. Process packaging through internal tracking systems. Assist with airline shipment bookings when required. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Empty trash and recycling containers regularly. Update inventory and packaging status within company systems. Upload and maintain accurate digital records and documentation. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive movements. Experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks. Basic computer skills for data entry and document management. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or general production experience. Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management systems (WMS).
