We are seeking an  Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join our established private practice with strong regional demand and immediate volume. This is a unique opportunity to build a sustainable, well-supported upper extremity practice within a respected organization that has served the community for over 40 years.

• No microsurgery or replant required

• General Orthopaedic Call
\n

• Distal humerus to fingertip surgery
\n
• Simple and complex fracture care
\n
• Arthroplasty and arthroscopy
\n
• Tendon and nerve repair/transfers
\n
• Bread-and-butter hand procedures (carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, trigger finger)
\n
• Optional shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty based on interest
\n

There is significant demand for hand and upper extremity services in the region, offering strong volume potential and long-term career stability, and regular Workers Compensation cases.

  Education & Qualifications

\n
• BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery and Hand Surgery
\n
• Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery
\n
• Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Patient-focused, collaborative team player
\n
