The firm provides a comprehensive Business‑in‑a‑Box platform that integrates revenue cycle management, accounting and finance, human resources, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. For this role, MedCBO offers non‑clinical operational support so that you can own and operate your own diagnostic radiology practice. Overview This is an independent practice opportunity. You will own and govern the clinical operations of your diagnostic radiology practice while MedCBO supplies non‑clinical business and operational support services. The practice may be started in a new market or a transition from an existing employment arrangement, subject to state licensure and regulatory requirements. Physician Responsibilities Provide diagnostic radiology care within your specialty scope of practice. Develop and maintain professional relationships within the medical community. Coordinate payer credentialing and manage payer relationships as required by MedCBO. Determine clinical services offered and manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure, reporting, and practice financial management Operational workflows, staffing systems, and HR administration Technology platform and implementation (EHR, telehealth, clinical workflow systems) Credentialing, enrollments, and facility privileging coordination Supply‑chain and vendor coordination Requirements MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board‑certified or board‑eligible in a relevant specialty. Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice ownership model. Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed, subject to licensure. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice and is not a salary.
