We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen 9804. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Supervise and train staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist in creating work schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
