Position Summary

Prosperity Training Center is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Marketing Specialist to support the continued growth of our healthcare training programs.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for increasing awareness of Prosperity Training Center, developing community and healthcare partnerships, generating prospective student leads, and supporting sustainable student enrollment across both our in-person and online programs.

A key focus of this position is building strategic relationships with healthcare facilities, employers, workforce organizations, community partners, schools, and other organizations that can refer, sponsor, or enroll students in Prosperity Training Center programs.

The Marketing Specialist will also identify opportunities to develop employer-sponsored and organization-specific training cohorts, helping Prosperity Training Center expand its reach while supporting workforce needs within the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and community outreach strategies to support monthly student enrollment goals.
Maintain strong awareness and enrollment pipelines for Prosperity Training Center’s in-person programs.
Develop strategies to expand enrollment in online and hybrid programs, including identifying and developing new geographic markets.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, employers, workforce development organizations, schools, community organizations, and other referral partners.
Identify organizations interested in sponsoring students for healthcare training programs.
Develop opportunities for customized or dedicated training cohorts for healthcare facilities, employers, and community partners.
Conduct outreach to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
Represent Prosperity Training Center at career fairs, community events, employer meetings, workforce events, and networking opportunities.
Conduct presentations and informational meetings with prospective partners, employers, and students.
Generate prospective student leads through community outreach, partnerships, referrals, events, and marketing initiatives.
Provide enrollment support by responding to prospective students, communicating program information, and helping connect qualified students with the appropriate enrollment resources.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective community and employer partners.
Develop and maintain an active marketing and outreach calendar.
Research new markets, organizations, and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with campus leadership, admissions, and program teams to support enrollment and census goals.
Track marketing activities, leads, referral sources, partnerships, sponsored students, cohort opportunities, and resulting enrollments.
Provide regular updates on marketing activity, partnership development, enrollment pipeline, and market growth.

Key Areas of Focus

The Marketing Specialist will focus on three primary areas of growth:

In-Person Program Growth
Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective students and community referral sources to support monthly census and enrollment goals for Prosperity Training Center’s Tulare-based programs.

Online Program Expansion
Increase awareness and enrollment in Prosperity Training Center’s online and hybrid programs by developing new referral sources, partnerships, and geographic markets.

Strategic Partnerships & Sponsored Cohorts
Develop relationships with healthcare employers, workforce organizations, and community partners that can sponsor individual students or partner with Prosperity Training Center to establish dedicated training cohorts.

Performance Expectations

Success in this position will be measured through a combination of marketing activity and measurable growth outcomes, including:

Monthly qualified student leads generated
Contribution to monthly student enrollment and census goals
Growth in online and hybrid program enrollment
New healthcare and community partnerships established
Student sponsorship opportunities developed
Employer or organization-specific cohorts developed
Referral volume generated through community partnerships
Lead-to-enrollment conversion
Outreach meetings, presentations, and events
Development of new markets and referral channels
Consistent documentation and follow-up of marketing activity

Qualifications

Previous experience in marketing, business development, community outreach, healthcare sales, student recruitment, workforce development, or a related field preferred.
Experience in healthcare, education, vocational training, or workforce development is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and develop new business or referral opportunities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Comfortable conducting cold outreach and initiating new business relationships.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while remaining accountable to measurable goals.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable working with prospective students as well as organizational and healthcare leadership.
Experience using CRM, lead-management, or similar tracking systems preferred.
Ability to travel throughout the local and surrounding markets for meetings, presentations, outreach, and events.

Work Environment

This is an active marketing and community-facing position. The Marketing Specialist is expected to maintain a consistent presence in the community through employer visits, partnership meetings, presentations, events, and other outreach activities while also completing the administrative follow-up necessary to move opportunities forward.

The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys developing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning marketing efforts into measurable enrollment and partnership growth.
