Getman Orthodontics is seeking a highly skilled and motivated fulltime (4 days/wk) associate orthodontist to add to their thriving practices located in Arlington and Germantown, TN. We are seeking a candidate who is proficient in orthodontics, assertive, competitive, and an achievement-oriented leader. This role is for a candidate who is passionate about helping these successful practices grow to new heights in a busy environment while seeking to grow into a lead position. Qualifications:

1. Open to all experience with a growth/leadership mindset.
2. Full-time opportunity (4 days per week w/ occasional Saturdays throughout the year).
3. DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
4. Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program.
5. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state of Tennessee.
6. Strong communication and commitment to patient-centered care.
