Payroll Coordinator

What you'll do

• Run end-to-end multi-state payroll on a biweekly and weekly cycle for field and office staff, including hourly, salaried, and 1099
• Review timesheets, visit records, mileage, differentials, overtime, and PTO
• Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and support month-end close with the accounting team.
• Manage garnishments, deductions, benefit contributions, and tax withholdings, and keep filings current across the states we operate in.
• Collaborate with our accounting and benefit team to meet compliance standards

What we're looking for

• 3-4 years of hands-on payroll experience
• Working experience in Brightree, NetSuite, or Rippling preferred.
• Comfortable with multi-state payroll
• Organized and detail oriented
• Clear communication skills
• Home health, home care, hospice, or another healthcare setting with field-based staff is a plus
• Experience moving payroll from one system to another, or cleaning up the processes and compliance
