Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency repairs, including equipment, carpentry, plumbing, and minor HVAC. Complete resident work orders promptly and efficiently. Maintain common areas and grounds to ensure a clean and safe environment. Assist with apartment turnovers and furniture moving. Adhere to safety procedures and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 1 year of basic plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance experience. EPA I certification is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and use hands frequently. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and push/pull up to 80 lbs. Ability to bend, climb, and occasionally assist residents.
