Arbor Associates is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support our growing staffing division specializing in Healthcare, Education and Human Services. With over 40 years of staffing expertise, Arbor Associates has built a reputation as an industry leader in Healthcare, Education and Human Services staffing. We are committed to supporting our field associates by aligning opportunities with their goals, providing career pathways, and encouraging long-term professional growth. Hybrid Work Schedule & Compensation We offer a hybrid work model: Work From Home: Monday & Thursday In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday Base Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 annually based on experience, plus incentives. Incentives estimated on 10-15% of base, pending performance. Key Responsibilities Recruit and source a high volume of qualified candidates for temporary roles Utilize multiple recruiting channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and job fairs Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client partners Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the hiring process Consistently meet or exceed weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics Maintain accurate documentation and workflow activity within the ATS #J-18808-Ljbffr
