About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary Head of Finance to lead its North American financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, particularly in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term projections. This role requires expertise in advanced AI tools for financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario planning, as well as experience in optimizing cloud-based financial systems. The Head of Finance will also be instrumental in managing cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies, while ensuring compliance with US and international regulations. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive finance experience. A strong background in senior leadership roles, particularly in high-growth tech, consumer goods, or scaling international companies, is essential. The role demands a deep understanding of cutting-edge finance programs, including RPA and real-time reporting, and proficiency in modern finance software stacks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with AI-driven financial tools and a strong grasp of North American market dynamics. Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills are a must, as is the ability to thrive in a multicultural, entrepreneurial environment.
