About the Role: We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients. Your work will empower children with communication, speech, language, and swallowing challenges to better connect with their world. Scheduling Options:
- Part-time with consistent hours
- Hourly pay for supervision
- Pay-per-visit for feeding visits
- Flexible scheduling - we work around your availability and build caseloads close to your location

- Caseloads built close to your location
- Conduct evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
- Provide speech, language, articulation, and feeding therapy tailored to each child.
- Educate caregivers on home strategies and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure services meet professional standards and compliance guidelines.

- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
- Sign-on bonus- $2,500 for full-time, $1,500 for part-time (paid after 90 days of employment, restrictions apply).
