LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Liberty Health is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, perform basic treatments, and accurately document in electronic health records. The LPN supports RNs and providers in developing and following care plans, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, and promotes safety and infection control.
