Warranty Service Manager

Job Description David Weekley Homes is seeking a Senior Level Warranty Service Representative with 5+ years experience to join our Atlanta team. This position requires a self‑starter who can work independently as well as work closely with customers, builders, and sub‑contractors in a fast‑paced environment while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Warranty Service Representatives (WSRs) respond to warranty calls made by David Weekley homeowners by visiting the home to inspect the issue, determine if it is eligible under warranty, and work with customers and subcontractors to resolve the issue quickly. Coordinate and schedule repairs with contractors and customers. Follow up, inspect, and ensure accurate completion of all repairs. Hold contractors accountable for results. Instruct customers on home maintenance and indicate items that are not warrantable. Manage your budget. Handle multiple tasks and projects within designated timeframes. Say "no" when necessary and overcome objections professionally. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Perform minor repairs. Qualifications A positive attitude and good social/interpersonal skills. Minimum of 5 years experience in a warranty services role. Ability to remain calm in confrontational situations. Previous experience in a customer service environment. A team player capable of working closely with customers, builders, and sub‑contractors in a fast‑paced environment.
