Requirements

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient occupational and hand therapy setting
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with referring physicians and healthcare team members
• Educate patients on adaptive techniques, splinting, and home programs
• Maintain compliance with facility standards and state licensure requirements

Requirements

• Active OT license in CA required to start the assignment
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• CHT certification preferred; OT with hand therapy experience considered
• BLS/CPR certification
• Prior outpatient experience preferred
