Client Care CoordinatorTitle: Client Care CoordinatorPay Rate: $25-27Hours: 8-5 M-F (flexible hours)Location: 200 S Orange Ave #2100, Orlando FLDay-to-Day Task:Administrative supportGeneral administrative tasks and office supportDocument editing, printing, and handling paperworkManaging Outlook and Word for communication and documentationDesign & creative tasksExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)Working with provided design templatesSupporting graphic and layout needs for internal/external materialsEvent & broker supportAssisting with planning events involving brokers and photography sessionsCoordinating with multiple brokers and stakeholdersOrganizing desk/workspace and ensuring smooth office operationsVisitor & client careAssisting visitors with sign-in and paperworkAnswering general inquiries and providing client-facing supportMust Have Skills:Strong organizational skillsExperience working in an office environmentAbility to multitask across administrative and creative responsibilitiesSoftware skills:Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)Basic computer functionsKnowledgeable in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT)Outlook, email managementYears of Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience on Client Care CoordinatorEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered
