Job Description The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. Key Responsibilities Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently. Provide customers with timely, accurate information and guide them through the repair process. Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics. Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop‑offs, repair planning, communication, and delivery. Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members. Greet customers with positive energy, both in person and on the phone. Understand all required insurance programs and procedures. Participate in daily production walks with the management team as required. Support all team members when needed. Attend monthly health & safety meetings and staff meetings (if required). Participate in training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the store manager. Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1‑year experience in vehicle repair or a related field. Knowledge of repairs and OEM guidelines. Basic computer skills and familiarity with DRP compliance. Must be willing to complete I‑CAR training. Valid driver’s license. Skills and Abilities Awareness of where to find answers and details necessary for estimation. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to meet daily KPIs and deliver results under pressure. Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
