RN | PICU

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Pediatric ICU RN to join our team in Kalispell, Montana. The primary focus is on delivering high‑acuity, family‑centered care in a dedicated PICU while also supporting broader pediatric services. What You’ll Need Current Montana RN license or a valid compact license. Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience. RQI Provider (BLS) certification within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care. PALS certification within 6 months of hire or transfer. APHON certification within 1 year of hire or transfer. Strong critical thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and a desire to care across the pediatric spectrum. What You’ll Do Deliver high‑acuity, family‑centered care in our dedicated PICU. Provide additional support to the broader pediatric team as needed. Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment. Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients. Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence. Shift & Schedule Night shift, 12 hours. Full‑time, 36 hours per week (12‑hour night shift). Schedules are set to accommodate the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
