Company - MW Smithfield This fleet's drivers primarily operate in Missouri, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, and North Carolina. Company Drivers enjoy the following: Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available forsix days ofdispatch Annual Increase in Availability Incentive Pay 1 Year Tenure - $1,475 2 Years Tenure - $1,500 3 Years Tenure - $1,550 4 Years Tenure - $1,600 5 Years Tenure - $1,650 Weekly Home Time Pet Passenger Policy Monthly Safety Performance Incentive Bonus Benefit Package Vacation Pay(after 1 year) 24" SmartTV Pay Information Per Diem Reimbursement: $0.15 CPM, for an average of $59 per day of non-taxable income.
