About the Role The Project Manager works with the New Era Technology team to plan, execute, monitor, and control projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard. This role includes project planning, resource management, risk monitoring, and stakeholder communication. Required Qualifications Three to five years of experience in a project environment with overall responsibility. Experience troubleshooting and resolving project issues. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). PMP or equivalent professional certification. Hours of Work This is a full‑time position: 40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm). Additional hours may be required to meet client and internal expectations. Travel Travel is required: up to 10% domestic travel and possible international travel. Pay Range $75,000 – $90,000 USD Eligibility Applicants must reside in the United States and be legally authorized for permanent employment in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
