Own Lumana's understanding of the market, customers, and competitive landscape Gather intelligence from customers, competitors, sales, partners, and industry trends Translate market insights into strategic go-to-market recommendations Define and adjust go-to-market priorities based on customer demand Develop and evolve differentiated positioning and messaging across industries, buyer personas, and customer segments Ensure consistent messaging across customer-facing touchpoints Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring capabilities to market Own launch strategy from roadmap through execution Translate product investments into market narratives, launch plans, and measurable business outcomes Align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around go-to-market priorities Facilitate prioritization decisions and drive execution with minimal oversight Equip Sales and Channel teams with messaging, competitive intelligence, battlecards, pitch decks, objection handling, and enablement resources Refine enablement based on field feedback and competitive dynamics Develop website messaging, case studies, product narratives, videos, blogs, and executive thought leadership Position Lumana as an industry leader in AI-powered video intelligence Represent the customer internally using feedback, product usage data, sales insights, and market signals Advocate for customer needs in messaging, go-to-market strategy, product prioritization, and roadmap decisions Report to the VP of GTM Engineering Requirements 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing Proven track record of shaping go-to-market strategy that drove measurable business outcomes Experience building or scaling Product Marketing within a Series A–C startup or similarly high-growth environment Ability to interpret market signals, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and business data to make strategic decisions with incomplete information Strong understanding of complex technical products, preferably in AI, computer vision, physical security, infrastructure, or enterprise software Proven success partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership Exceptional storytelling, writing, presentation, and messaging skills Strong analytical skills and understanding of business metrics Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution Ability to build from first principles and operate with limited structure Strong executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional teams Experience in AI, computer vision, video security, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or adjacent enterprise technologies is nice to have Experience creating or defining new product categories or repositioning innovative products is nice to have Familiarity with regulated industries is nice to have Must live in the Eastern Time Zone, U.S. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Israel Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B SaaS Product Marketing with a focus on go-to-market strategy, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
