We partner with experts across the industry, guided by empathy and insight, to advance health for everyone.As a Warehouse Operator, you'll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment.This role works either the 2nd or 3rd shift (see details below) and includes starting pay of $24.21/hour plus shift differentials:2nd Shift (Monday - Friday; 3:00pm - 11:00pm; five 8-hour shifts)3rd Shift (Monday Night – Friday Morning; 9:00pm - 7:00am; four 10-hour shifts)Responsibilities include but not limited to:Accurately and efficiently receiving, stocking, order filling and shippingOperating power order picking equipment to fill customer and branch ordersOperating power stocking equipment to receive and place material into stockPacking and checking material for shipmentPerforming work at elevated heights (up to approximately 25 feet) on equipment and platforms while wearing a full body harnessPerforming all required duties in a safe manner and follow established policies and proceduresPossessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (completed prior to start)OR1 year of experience in a production or warehouse role"Nice to Have" Qualifications:Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availabilityAbility to work overtime or holidays as neededPrior experience in a warehouse operations rolePrior experience operating a forkliftPrior experience working at elevated heightsDemonstrated attention to detailStrong written & verbal communication skillsBasic computer skillsWork Location: Onsite - 806 W Crystal Lake Rd, Forest City, IA 50436Travel: Not required for this positionRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life, both physically and financially.
