This position serves as a key partner to Producers, Client Managers, and the ICHRA team by coordinating sales support, new business onboarding, implementation readiness, renewal activities, and operational reporting. The role is designed to enable the ICHRA team to focus on revenue-generating activities by reducing administrative, analytical, onboarding, and operational workload. Acting as a liaison between sales, clients, implementation partners, and internal service teams, the Associate helps ensure a seamless experience from opportunity development through implementation and ongoing client support How you'll make an impactSales & Opportunity Support Assist Producers and ICHRA team members with proposal development and quote preparation. Support opportunity tracking and progression through the sales pipeline. Coordinate follow-up activities with Producers and prospective clients. Maintain accurate sales documentation, opportunities, and related records within internal systems. Prepare presentation materials, reports, and sales support resources. New Business Onboarding Coordinate the transition of new business from sold opportunity to implementation. Manage onboarding documentation and intake requirements. Facilitate communication between clients, Producers, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders. Ensure all required information is collected and delivered to support successful onboarding activities. Monitor onboarding progress and escalate issues when necessary. Implementation Readiness & Coordination Support implementation planning and readiness activities for new ICHRA clients. Track project milestones, deliverables, and implementation timelines. Partner with implementation and operational teams to identify and resolve outstanding items. Assist with client setup, documentation management, and coordination of launch activities. Help ensure smooth handoff from sales to implementation and ongoing service teams. Renewal & Client Support Assist with preparation of renewal materials and ICHRA renewal discussions. Coordinate client reporting and data collection to support renewal strategy. Maintain organized client records and supporting documentation. Monitor client activity and identify opportunities requiring team follow-up. Support retention and client satisfaction initiatives. Reporting & Operational Administration Develop and maintain operational reports related to pipeline activity, onboarding status, implementation progress, and renewal readiness. Analyze workflow metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements. Ensure data accuracy across systems and reporting tools. Support team initiatives focused on scalability, efficiency, and growth. Assist with special projects and process enhancement initiatives as assigned. About YouRequired: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Preferred:2+ years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, sales support, client service, implementation, or operations administration. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
