Production Supervisor

Pall Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations at its Putnam, Connecticut facility. The role involves building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and cost objectives
- Develop and coach production associates and front-line leaders while fostering engagement and teamwork
- Drive Daily Management processes including tier meetings, visual management, and performance tracking
- Monitor operational metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational transformations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, or related field
- Manufacturing or production leadership experience with accountability for safety and quality
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable
- Experience using performance metrics and operational data for decision-making
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, DBS, Kaizen, 5S, or structured problem solving
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments
Compensation: $95,000-$120,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
