The Reynolds Team at Compass is searching for an outgoing, competitive, relationship-driven Real Estate Recruiter / Talent Headhunter whose primary responsibility is identifying talented real estate agents, starting conversations, building relationships, and creating recruiting opportunities. You will spend your day prospecting, networking, calling, texting, following up, engaging on social media, and building relationships with successful real estate professionals. Most of the agents you contact will not be actively looking for a new brokerage or team. Your job is to get their attention, build trust, uncover what they want next in their career, and create enough curiosity for them to sit down with our Sales Manager. If you enjoy sales, prospecting, networking, and turning cold conversations into opportunities, this could be a great fit. If you are primarily looking for an HR, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, or administrative recruiting role, this position is NOT the right fit. This is an in-office position based in Vero Beach, FL , working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
