Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong background in pediatric therapy within school settings
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Willingness to travel for assignments as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
• Develop and execute treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—teachers, counselors, and parents—to support students’ success in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and progress reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
