Position: Nurse Manager

Department: ER/Med Surg/OR

Location: Deckerville * Must be willing to travel to all Aspire Locations*

Hours: Full Time. Days. Full Benefits.

The Nurse Manager (RN) serves as the on-site clinical and operational leader for the hospital, acting as a lead resource for the entire facility while providing oversight and coordination of patient care services across the Emergency Department (ED), Medical Surgical Unit including swing beds, and Operating Room (OR). This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality care delivery while supporting staff, resolving issues in real time, and maintaining hospital operations during assigned shifts. In a Critical Access Hospital setting, the nurse manager is a working leader who may provide direct patient care as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Strong understanding of ER and surgical services
• Experience as circulatory RN

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Nurse Manager (RN) serves as the on-site clinical and operational leader for the hospital, acting as a lead resource for the entire facility while providing oversight and coordination of patient care services across the Emergency Department (ED), Medical Surgical Unit including swing beds, and Operating Room (OR). This role involves working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care for patients. The coordinator also collaborates with various departments to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
