Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Loan Operations Associate, focusing on CRE for a full-time position!
Responsibilities:
- Assist Relationship Management with client relationship management
- Work to cultivate business opportunities with existing and new clients interested in commercial real estate financing and construction financing
- Monitor and assess team’s loan portfolio, including collateral quality, credit analysis, payment history, and progress construction project financed by the Bank
- Perform due diligence and prepare credit facility applications as part of underwriting initiative
- Develop new lending and deposit business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Collect and maintain information for credit analysis and evaluation of credit facility applications
- Answer and handle customers’ enquiries on credit facilities and procedures
- Maintain and monitor utilization of credit facilities
- Conduct calls and site visits to gain a better understanding of the client and progress of construction projects
- Monitor delinquent or problem loan and credit facilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-5 years experience working within CRE Loan Operations
