Associate Marketing Manager

Innovien is supporting a commercial growth initiative inside the healthcare diagnostics technology space. We're hiring an Associate Marketing Manager to own customer expansion — turning purchasing and usage data into campaigns that drive measurable revenue across an established customer base. This is a strong seat for someone coming out of sales, business development, or account management who wants to move into marketing, cut down travel, and stay close to revenue. What You’ll Do Analyze the existing customer base to identify upsell, cross-sell, and product adoption opportunities across instrument platforms and consumables Monitor purchasing patterns to flag accounts tracking on plan versus accounts underutilizing what they already own Equip the field sales team with target accounts, priorities, and actionable expansion strategies Build and run quarterly multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, webinars, sales tools, and customer success stories Track campaign ROI, expansion pipeline, and revenue generated from marketing initiatives Partner with field sales and regional sales leadership to execute expansion plays, traveling alongside the field when needed What You Bring 4+ years in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing commercial role, with a clear desire to move into marketing Strong Excel and analytical skills, hands-on with Salesforce and sales analytics tooling Track record identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base and translating customer data into growth strategy Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship Nice to Have Experience marketing or selling consumable products into an existing customer base in healthcare Details Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC (East Coast candidates considered) Approximately 20% travel Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Full-time, direct placement Innovien Solutions is an AI-native technology and talent company.
