Shift Notes:

7a - 7:30p/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any

JOB COMMENTS/REQUIREMENTS: L&D Level I, Level III Perinatal. Experience with Cerner and Antepartum is a plus!!! Possible weekend and holiday rotation.

AZ RESIDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ASSIGNMENTS IN ANY ARIZONA FACILITY!

Submission Requirements

· Must have a minimum of 24 months L&D experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]

· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
· Candidate driver's license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
