Associate - Insurance Coverage

The Miami office of Clyde & Co seeks an Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience for our insurance coverage practice group. This thriving practice represents U.S. and foreign insurance companies in complex, high‑value coverage litigation and market‑conduct matters across the U.S., focusing on commercial general liability, commercial property, errors and omissions, and directors and officers. Responsibilities Analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, Lexis, and Nexis. Draft interrogatories and document demands. Review documents in preparation for litigation. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Qualifications Admitted to practice in Florida. At least 2 years of litigation experience. Strong academic credentials (Law Review and/or Honors). Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Benefits Hybrid work flexibility.
