BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated PRN Home Health Physical Therapist (1099 Independent Contractor) to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes throughout the Burleson area.

IMPORTANT: 1099 CONTRACT POSITION

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position. PRN visits are offered based on patient needs and your availability.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide direct physical therapy services in patients’ homes Maintain timely and accurate documentation Coordinate care with the Director of Nursing Maintain a flexible schedule and arrive punctually for appointments Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs)

WHAT YOU BRING

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapist license At least 1 year of PT experience; home health experience preferred Reliable transportation and ability to travel between patient homes Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
