Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor $40-$50/hour | Full Benefits | Family-Owned Manufacturing Company Looking for a leadership role where you can still turn wrenches? We're partnering with a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company seeking a Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small maintenance team while remaining actively involved on the plant floor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, mentoring technicians, and making an immediate impact in a close-knit, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside the maintenance team in daily plant operations. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Prioritize maintenance requests and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns. Train, mentor, and support maintenance technicians. Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety standards. Work closely with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment. Supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical troubleshooting experience. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and industrial machinery. Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to remain hands-on and lead by example.
