What You’ll Do Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities in the Phoenixarea and beyond. Build, manage, and expand a portfolio of existing accounts. Conduct site surveys and provide detailed product recommendations tailored to customer needs. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals aligned with customer goals. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Attend client meetings, trade shows, and sales summits as needed. Represent Joe W. Fly Company at customer sites, trade shows, and NAFA (National Air Filtration Association) activities—always upholding our values and commitment to excellence. Conduct all sales activities with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Actively participate in sales meetings and training programs to support team goals. Help drive company growth through excellent service, strong relationships, and efficient practices. Qualifications What You’ll Bring 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a related industry - though not required. Proven success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong presentation and negotiation skills (in person and virtually). Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Ability to perform light to medium work, exerting up to 25 pounds of lifting occasionally. Operate in a professional office environment with regular travel to customer locations. Comfortable using standard office equipment and mobile apps. Compensation and Benefits A base salary plus uncapped commissions. Benefits include, but are not limited to: health insurance, 401(k) with 100% match up to 4%, profit sharing, and paid time off.
