Construction Project Manager

Job Description

A well-established Florida general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects throughout Palm Beach County and the surrounding region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing healthcare renovations, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, or other occupied healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and client stakeholders
Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
Coordinate work within occupied healthcare environments while minimizing disruption to operations
Maintain compliance with all healthcare facility requirements and safety standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
Healthcare construction experience required
Experience with hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers, or healthcare renovations
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
Experience using Procore and Microsoft Office preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
