Human Resources Associate

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the Miami office of a prestigious Financial Services firm by providing day-to-day administrative and operational HR support under the direction of the Human Resources Manager. This role partners closely with internal teams to manage core HR processes including employee records, onboarding and offboarding, timekeeping, payroll support, and employee inquiries. The position offers growth over time with increasing responsibility and project involvement. Key Responsibilities Maintain personnel, performance, and I-9 files; track work authorization expirations Serve as local timekeeper and support payroll, timekeeping, and attendance processes Prepare and conduct new hire orientations and support onboarding and offboarding activities Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and procedures Complete employment verifications and related HR documentation Support HR projects and office initiatives as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of HR experience (or equivalent) Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PeopleSoft experience a plus Ability to work on-site in Miami, 9:00am–5:00pm, with flexibility as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
