Senior Consultant - Professional Services

Oversee project activities from client identification through final invoicing, ensuring timely delivery Design, implement, and test solutions using deep product knowledge and system architecture skills Build client relationships, identify needs, and deliver tailored strategic solutions Manage billable projects and lead technical delivery Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain accurate timekeeping Engage in sales activities, prepare proposals, and develop strategic plans to generate business Contribute to knowledge repositories Mentor less experienced peers and provide input to strategic service development Lead presentations and manage complex sales with moderate supervision Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired 5+ years of sales-related experience Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, practices, products, and services Ability to manage mid-size to large, complex sales with moderate supervision Ability to manage an average quota or territory Advanced data analysis skills Creative problem-solving and sound judgment Ability to lead presentations Ability to mentor less experienced peers Willingness to conduct customer visits in the field Ability to collaborate from an assigned office location when not in the field Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex sales processes and delivering tailored strategic solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
