Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full TimeFavia Family Dental is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our practice full-time. If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient care, educating patients on oral health, and helping create a welcoming dental experience, we'd love to meet you!ScheduleMonday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)ResponsibilitiesAs a Dental Hygienist at Favia Family Dental, you will:Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, and fluoride treatmentsTake and review digital radiographsConduct periodontal assessments and chartingEducate patients on oral hygiene and preventive careAssist the dentist in diagnosis and treatment planningMaintain accurate patient records and clinical documentationFollow infection control protocols and OSHA standardsBuild strong patient relationships that promote long-term oral healthCollaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experienceQualificationsActive Illinois Dental Hygienist LicenseCurrent CPR/BLS CertificationStrong communication and patient education skillsExperience with digital radiography and dental software preferredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient careBenefitsCompetitive compensationPaid Time Off (PTO)Continuing Education opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentProfessional growth and development opportunitiesWhy Favia Family Dental?At Favia Family Dental, our mission is to provide exceptional dental care in a comfortable, caring, and positive environment.
