Job Overview A law firm seeks a career-oriented Commercial Finance Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its team in Chicago, IL. This position focuses on representing banks, funds, and other financial institutions in complex transactions, including asset-based lending and commercial loans. Duties Manage complex financial transactions. Resolve challenges and provide tailored solutions to clients. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Requirements 2-6 years of experience in commercial finance. Licensed to practice law in Illinois. Strong understanding of asset-based and commercial finance structures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education Exceptional academic achievement required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
