We’re a home furnishings manufacturer based in North Miami. We’re a small team, so your work matters and you’ll see the impact of it quickly.

This role helps keep the business running day to day.

What You’ll Do

• Client communication: Handle calls and emails, take orders, answer questions, follow up on details, and keep clients informed.
• Order coordination: Enter orders accurately, track them through production, and make sure they ship on time.
• Billing: Create and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Systems and records: Keep company information organized and up to date.
• Support the manager: Help with scheduling, follow-ups, research, emails, and anything else needed to keep things from falling through the cracks.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, office manager, or similar role.
• Strong computer skills and comfortable working on a Mac.
• Good with spreadsheets and quick to learn new software.
• Fluent, professional spoken and written English.
• Organized, dependable, and able to follow through without constant reminders.
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently.
