The EVP will also oversee a disciplined business development team, evaluate sales pipelines, and support the team in cultivating high-level, strategic relationships. Marketing alignment is a key focus, ensuring that the company's unique market position is effectively communicated and that marketing initiatives support the sales pipeline. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare services, workforce solutions, or a related sector. The role requires a proven track record in healthcare growth, strategy, revenue generation, and market positioning, as well as experience in managing and scaling sales and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in navigating complex healthcare sales processes, securing enterprise-level contracts, and transitioning to a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills are essential, as is proficiency in enterprise CRM tools and data analytics. The role also demands the ability to travel as needed and a deep understanding of industry trends, policy updates, and technical advancements in the healthcare sector.
