Sales Consultant, Foot and Ankle (New Orleans, LA) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics seeks a Sales Consultant for Foot and Ankle products in the New Orleans territory. The role involves developing healthcare provider relationships, driving product sales growth, providing clinical education, and supporting surgical cases within an assigned geographic area.

Responsibilities

Build expertise in foot and ankle portfolio and competitive landscape to support clinical sales
Develop new customer accounts and expand sales with existing customers in assigned territory
Provide clinical education to surgeons, hospital staff, and residents on product proper use
Establish and maintain relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and product evaluators
Support surgical cases and provide operating room consultation as needed; manage inventory and equipment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant experience, or Associates with 4+ years, or Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years
Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel
Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and business acumen
Ability to work independently and in matrix team structures
Pass background investigation including driving record review
